1. Where is Educational Play situated?

Our warehouse and showroom are located in Sharland Street, Germiston, Johannesburg.

You are more than welcome to visit and view our products in person.

To ensure we can assist you properly, please contact us in advance, and we will arrange for someone to give you a tour and show you our product range.

2. Is there an agent start-up fee?
There is no startup fee to become a reseller.
Once your application is approved, you can log in and start making discounted purchases immediately.
3. How do I login as an reseller?

Once your application is approved, we will email you a unique username and password.
With these credentials, you will gain access to discounted prices and our payment gateway.

To log in, simply click the red “Login” button located at the top right of any page on our website, and enter your details.

4. Is There a Minimum Order Quantity for Agents?

There is no minimum order quantity required.
However, please be mindful of the courier costs if applicable. The average courier fee is R150.00 per order.

If you choose to collect the goods directly from our Johannesburg warehouse, there will be no transport costs.

5. Do agents earn commission?

Reseller Business Model

Please note that we do not operate on a commission basis.
We are looking for individuals who are interested in buying our products at discounted reseller rates and reselling them at a profit.

The prices listed on our website serve as a helpful guide for your own selling prices, but you are free to set your own margins based on your market and customer base.

6. Am I Only Allowed to Sell Educational Play Products?

You can now order any product at your exclusive discounted rate.

10. How does collection of goods and delivery of goods take place?

Order Dispatch and Collection Information

  • All orders are dispatched or made available for collection from our warehouse in Germiston, Johannesburg.

  • Johannesburg-based clients are welcome to collect their orders at any time.

  • All other orders will be delivered to your address or directly to your customer’s address, as specified.

  • We partner with Worldnet Express Couriers and The Courier Guy for reliable nationwide delivery.

  • Agents may also choose to use their own courier service if preferred.

11. How do I order?

Navigating the Website as a Reseller

Once you are logged in:

  • The regular retail prices will appear crossed out.

  • Your discounted reseller prices will be clearly shown — this is the actual cost you’ll pay.

  • These discounted prices will also be reflected in your shopping cart at checkout.

  • You can browse the site as usual by clicking on any category or link displayed on the page.

12. How do I make payment?

Payment Options

For your convenience, all payments are processed online.
You can choose between the EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) option or use PayFast for secure online payments.

13. What happens if a product ordered and paid for is out of stock?

Out of Stock Products

If an item that has been ordered and paid for is out of stock, we will refund the full amount for the item, and the payment will be processed immediately.
